Projects / One Ecker

Located in the financial district of San Francisco, 1 Ecker was approximately 50% completed by a previous owner/contractor when it was foreclosed upon by the construction lender and eventually sold to Paul Corp. in as-is condition. PBI was contracted by Paul Corp. to fabricate 52 modern-chic for-sale condos along with two condo retail spaces while preserving the historic feel of the original four-story wood frame and brick ice warehouse. This beautifully converted building features an immaculately landscaped interior courtyard garden, expansive windows, and a breath taking roof top lounge with a fountain and BBQ area that oversees SOMA, local restaurants and the Ferry Building. 1 Ecker was the top-selling development in San Francisco for 2011, all 52 units were sold in less than 4 months of the completion of this project.
